Ludexio Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Jason Skidmore (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information when you use Ludexio (the “app” or “Services”), a mobile app for tracking your board game collection and keeping score. We built Ludexio to keep your data yours: most of it stays on your device and in your private iCloud account, and we do not sell it or use it to advertise to you.

If you have questions, contact us at support@ludexiogames.com.

  12. How to contact us

1. What information we collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

App permissions

The app may ask for these device permissions. You can change them at any time in your device settings.

We do not request access to your location, contacts, or microphone.

2. How we use your information

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are performing our agreement with you (providing the app), your consent (which you can withdraw), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the app), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. When and with whom we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

4. Analytics

We record pseudonymous usage events to understand what to improve. These contain no name or personal information and are tied only to a random, per-install identifier. We use our own backend (Supabase) and TelemetryDeck for this. You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings, under Privacy. We do not use advertising analytics or third-party ad SDKs.

5. How long we keep your information

Your data stays in your iCloud account and on your device until you delete it or close your account. Live-session data is short-lived, and the players’ names are removed after games end. Analytics events are kept in aggregate to improve the app. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process information, we delete or anonymize it.

6. How we keep your information safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and most of your data is held in your own private iCloud account. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s privacy

Ludexio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. By using the app you confirm you are at least 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at support@ludexiogames.com and we will delete it.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these directly in the app:

You can also email us at support@ludexiogames.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. US state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for targeted advertising, and do not use it for that kind of profiling.
